Winter is just around the corner for Chicago, so this is a perfect time to discuss what happens if you slip and fall on ice that is on someone’s property. The woman is said to have slipped on an accumulation of ice classified as unnatural. The complaint says that the woman was severely injured when she fell on the dangerous property. This lawsuit is seeking more than $50,000 in damages for the injuries she suffered when she fell on the ice.
