I am very impressed. I live about 120 miles away and yet it didn't seem so!every time I called or sent him an e-mail he was up to date on the processing of our case. he had the case in mind and was able to keep me up to date. I find that there are some people that can hold a lot of information in his head without chasing down a case worker.

Sometimes it seemed he knew I was going to call and that he was just updated before my call. At the beginning of our case he laid out the process and a timeline that we would go through with this case and he was right on.

My case started and Covid hit so it has been a journey! I have never spoken to Mark L Karno but I appreciate his firm Mark L Karno & Associates for their hard work I dealt with a few of the Associates but in the end Athena had my case and handled it very professional and to the best of her ability my case is settled but we still have a little more work to do but so far I am very pleased with the dedication of this firm that took on my case automobile accident. The only issue I do have it's not major but updating is not accessible when trying to call! But I wouldn't change a thing about this firm representing my case!
