Sofia Panza earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Law, and Justice with a prelaw specialization from the University of Iowa. She began her career at Mark L. Karno & Associates, LLC in September 2023 as a paralegal and has since advanced to the position of Supervisor of Paralegals. In this role, she oversees case management and the work of the paralegal team assisting the firm’s Chicago personal injury attorneys. Sofia prioritizes effective communication with clients during challenging periods and finds fulfillment in providing support to others.
