Radostin Dimitrov
- Litigation Paralegal
I am currently serving as a Litigation Paralegal, bringing a diverse background in law shaped by both European and American legal educations. I hold a Master of Laws from Sofia University ‘St. Kliment Ohridski’ and furthered my legal studies with an LL.M. in International and Transnational Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where I also earned a Certificate in Business Law.
My professional journey includes contributing to policy development at the European Commission’s DG Justice and Consumers, which offered me a firsthand look into the complexities of digital company law across the EU. Additionally, my tenure at ‘Dimitrov and Partners’ LLP in Sofia, Bulgaria, provided me with practical experience in case management, document drafting, and client communications, essential skills for the meticulous nature of litigation support.
These experiences have endowed me with a robust skill set in legal research and analysis, underpinned by a thorough understanding of business and international law. I am committed to applying this knowledge and these skills to support the legal team and contribute to the success of our clients’ cases.
